Art Gallery of Ontario

As it undergoes a major transformation, the venerable Art Gallery of Ontario takes a major leap into the 21st century with its stunning new Frank Gehry-designed building of glass, titanium and Douglas fir. One of the highlights of this striking design is the glass enclosed sculpture hall running the length of the building. In addition to its new architecture, the renovated museum is adding 10,000 pieces to its already impressive collection of Old Masters, Inuit art, and celebrated 20th-century artists including, notably, sculptor Henry Moore.
