Bird Cage Theater

Once thought to be one of the most dangerous and wildest places in Tombstone, the Bird Cage Theatre and Museum is rumored to be haunted. The site of over 26 deaths, the building still has over 100 bullets and holes lodged in its walls. Now, with the violence very much behind it, but forever commemorated within its walls, the Bird Cage Theater serves as a passageway into the Wild West. Offering patrons a visit into the rooms and backstage areas where infamous "ladies of the night" primped and prepared, as well as never-before-seen and formerly sealed off areas and original furniture and decor. Tours of the museum and evening ghost tours are now offered.
