Across from that case you’ll find chocolate bars inlaid with crystallized pansies, almonds, orange slices, and molded-chocolate seashells. Other shop delights: tasting bars featuring cocoa flavors from Madagascar, Venezuela, and the Caribbean island of Guanaja, and one variety even sprinkled with sea salt.
