Northeast Ohio’s most visited year-round attraction, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is home to nearly 3,000 exotic animals representing 600 species. For 19 years running, more than a million visitors a year have explored the Zoo’s top attractions including African Elephant Crossing, The RainForest, Northern Trek, Australian Adventure, African Savanna, Waterfowl Lake and the Primate, Cat & Aquatics Building. The Zoo also is a leader in research and conservation – both on-grounds and abroad – helping to ensure a better future for wildlife and their natural habitats. The Zoo is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily with extended summer hours until 7 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Regular admission is $11 for adults, $8 for kids ages 2 to 11 and free for children under 2 and Zoo members. Winter rates from November through March are $8 for adults and $5 for kids 2-11.
