Cornell Lab of Ornithology

Cornell Lab of Ornithology. Serious birders rub elbows with casual enthusiasts at this epicenter of avian research. You can spot some of the more than 200 species found here on guided 45- or 90-minute trail hikes, from windows in the two-story atrium, and through scopes overlooking the birdfeeder garden. Check the latest reports on resident winged creatures using the eBird Trail Tracker kiosk in the visitors center. The Wild Birds Unlimited shop is crammed with field guides and activities kits; birding optics; bird baths; and, naturally, feeders.
