Ellinwood

Description

Ellinwood is a tribute to the determination of early German settlers coming to Kansas. It’s a postcard for small town America with tree-lined brick streets where families ride bikes after supper and kids safely roam the town. Visitor highlights from this location are: Wolf Park Band Shell (national Register of Historic Places); Ellinwood Museum and Underground Tunnels; and St. Joseph Catholic Church.
