Far Horizons 49ers Village RV Park

Description

Far Horizons 49er RV Resort opened in 1973 on historical State Route 49 in bucolic Amador county, part of California’s Gold Rush country. Its 329 RV sites with full hookups are on 22.7 acres of land with a pond, streams, and an amphitheater. The wider, longer, plus and premium-plus sites accommodate extra-large RVs or RV-tow-vehicle combinations (up to 70 feet). Onsite amenities at this pet-friendly park range from the usual laundry and shower facilities to daily propane drop-off/fill-up service, a swimming-pool complex (with dedicated adults-only swims), a Jacuzzi, and a pool hall. The resort also has a loyalty program and specials like a free overnight on your birthday. There’s also free Wi-Fi, and The Café at the Park opens at 7 am seven days a week to serve its signature espresso and other items. You can go fishing, play a round of golf, pick apples at an orchard, take a wine tour, or take the back roads by bike.
