Historic Mill Creek Discovery Park

Description

On the site of an old mill, this park provides authentic lessons on nature with guided tours through five heavily wooded forests: northern hardwoods, mixed pine, lowland cedar swamp, upland aspen, and lowland aspen. Why explore on trails, when you can take a bridge across a forest canopy or zip-line along for over 400 feet? If you prefer a more studied, methodical pace, try the 40-foot climbing wall. You can also tour the mill and take in sawing demonstrations.
