Idaho Botanical Gardens

Description

The Idaho penitentiary’s original farm and nursery is now this lush, 33-acre landscaped space. It features English-style, rose, and meditation gardens; a children’s adventure space; a tea house; and the Lewis and Clark Native Plant Garden, which showcases plants collected on the expedition between Great Falls, Montana, and The Dalles, Oregon. You’ll also find a varied collection of sculpture throughout the property.
