National Historic Cheesemaking Center

On the front lawn of the Cheesemaking Center are two copper cheesemaking kettles; inside the center, you'll learn about the master cheesemakers, brewers, and dairy farmers. Exhibits trace the process of cheesemaking from the arrival at the factory of 10- and 30-gallon cans of fresh milk until the finished product is ready for sale as cured cheese.
