Orwell Corner Historic Village

Description

About 27 km east of Charlottetown you'll find Orwell Corner, a small village restored to reflect rural life as it was here in the 19th century. It's a charmer of a place with its blacksmith house, store, school, farm, church, tea room, and town hall. The simpler way of life here is slow even compared to the very non-frantic pace of Charlottetown; the village is well worth a stop while you're in PEI.
