Peace Church and Rural Cemeteries

Description

In 1885, German settlers from Missouri and Illinois, newly settled in their Kansas homesteads, founded the Peace United Church of Christ. The lovely Peace Church Cemetery, which dates from 1887, is just one of more than a dozen historic cemeteries long the Byway corridor.
