Point Clark Lightkeeper's House and Museum

Description

Built between 1855 and 1859 on Lake Huron, this lighthouse is a testament to the role of lighthouses in the navigation of the Great Lakes. To this day, it suntill plays a big role in navigation aid. From the bottom of the lighthouse to the lantern, there are 114 steps to climb. The lightkeeper's house is now operating as a local museum for visitors to enjoy.
