Prince George Railway and Forestry Museum

Description

The Central British Columbia Railway and Forest Industry Museum Society opened this facility in 1968 on the 150th anniversary of rail travel in Canada. The museum collects railway and forestry artifacts on eight acres, including 70 pieces of rolling stock, nine buildings ,and various equipment and machinery. Tours, educational programs, facility rental, and parties are offered in addition to a gift shop.
