Spanish Monastery Cloisters

Description

This building is actually a dismantled Cistercian monastery that was built in 1133-1141 AD at Spain. Reassembled in South Florida in 1952, the Ancient Spanish Monastery is currently being used as a parish church. There's a museum where you can take a guided tour — available in English, Spanish, Italian, French, and German — and you can purchase special religious items in the accompanying gift shop.
