St-Viateur Bagel

This legendary, family-owned establishment produces 1,000 bagels a day and is considered an integral component of the Montreal experience. The shop's been open since 1957, but still uses the same cooking methods: each bagel is hand-rolled, boiled with honey water, and baked in a wood fired oven using natural ingredients to hand-roll. Kids will love Sesame, the official mascot.
