The Continental Club

Description

In the late 1950s and ‘60s, it was first a supper club and then a burlesque hall. In the 1970s, show girls and jazz gave way to rockabilly, blues, and roots. You can still find the latter mix today, along with the occasional swing band. The retro-1950s décor also gives you the sense that the Continental Club remains true to its legacy of offering great music in a singular setting. It’s an Austin classic in every sense of the word.
