The National Hotel

Founded in the 1850s, this historic hotel was once the finest overnight accommodation one could find along the entire mother lode. When guests checked into the National, they were greeted with fine food, a well-stocked saloon, and a comfortable room. Modern guests receive the same treatment and a few modern amenities. The National Hotel features 42 antique-filled guest rooms, cable TV, a spacious veranda, dining and drinking facilities, and a swimming pool.
