The Paul Revere House

Although prosperous silversmith Paul Revere is best known for his “midnight ride” to Lexington and Concord, warning all along the way that the British were coming, as a member of the Sons of Liberty he was also instrumental in establishing an underground revolutionary network. You can tour his restored 18th-century house, where two rooms contain items once owned by his family. The gift shop sells reproductions of Revere’s silver and engraving work, along with things like Revere-themed coffee mugs and refrigerator magnets.
