The Red Mile Racetrack

Description

Here, it’s all about the trotters! Founded in 1875, the world’s second-oldest harness-racing track takes its name from its distinctive 1-mile red-clay oval. Although it has a regular schedule of Standardbred races from mid-summer to early fall, a highlight is October’s Kentucky Futurity, the third leg of the Triple Crown of Harness Racing for Trotters.
