Description

This tour runs in a figure-eight pattern along the Fraser River and offers everything a traveler would desire: sophisticated cities and small towns, mountains and beaches, streams and forests covered in game and fish, plenty of rivers, and Canada's only desert. Visit Stanley Park on the north side of Chinatown to experience a 1,000-acre peninsula that features lakes, beaches, rose gardens, an aquarium and zoo, and the Seawall Promenade. Later ascend into the Coast Mountain Range via the Sea to Sky Highway. A visit to Whistler/Blackcomb Mountains Ski Area will present outdoor activities such as golfing, tennis, hiking, windsurfing, canoeing, and gondola rides. Finally, stop at Chasm Provincial Park to view the deep and colorful gorge worn into the lava flow by glacial runoff.
