Description
Curving its way through forested land with nary a billboard or telephone pole in sight, the Colonial Parkway connects America's Historic Triangle of Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. Built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 193s, the parkway serves as a time tunnel that leads travelers to the historic reenactment areas in Tidewater Virginia where freedom was won and America began.
