Description

Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in this tour through Idaho's sawtooth region. Begin in Boise where you can visit the Julia Davis Park. The park houses the municipal zoo, a rose garden, the Boise Art Museum, the Idaho Historical Museum, and the Discovery Center. Travel south to Sun Valley where exceptional snow conditions, outdoor glass-enclosed pools, and ice skating deem the valley one of the world's best-known, year-round vacation towns. Finish the tour in the Thousand Springs area. The Lost River, which once sank into lava fields, purportedly is the cause of the shooting springs along the Snake River Canyon.
