Baraboo is Wisconsin’s circus town. Once home of the Ringling Brothers this small town offers a look back into the history of the circus. Circus World Museum, located along the Baraboo River, offers a big top experience complete with ringmaster, acrobats, and clowns. Be sure to visit the barns housing the historical circus wagons. Baraboo is also home to the popular Devil’s Lake State Park known for rock climbing, and a busy day park for visitors or overnight campers.
And be sure to visit Baraboo’s downtown square and check out the historical Al Ringling theatre.
