Geneva on the Lake is a blast. My family visited in fall, during a nearby Grape Fest. Even in the off-season, there was a spirit of fun on the boardwalk, with the Firehouse Winery and an old ferris wheel RIGHT on the edge of Lake Erie. There were lodging and attractions ranging from upscale to down home, encircled with wineries and fields of concord grapes -- turn down your car windows and breathe that sweet smell in! We live about 3 hours away and did not know much about the area. What a fun surprise. Hope to return soon.

Great place to spend as little as a day or as much as a whole week in the summer!
