Pacifica, CA hosts parks and beaches with coastal, mountainous views and noteworthy sunsets. Only 20 minutes outside of San Francisco, the city cherishes its smaller town feel so close to the city.

Visitors love Rockaway Beach, the Pacifica Pier, Pedro Point, and Skyline Blvd. It’s also home to Frontierland Park, San Pedro County Park, and Mori Point. Linda Mar State Beach is a favorite destination with adventure-seekers interested in surfing, hiking, and biking.

Each year, Pacifica hosts the Pacific Coast Fog Festival during the last Saturday and Sunday of September. The festival offers a hometown parade, plenty of activities for children, and a variety of local artists, vendors, and performers.

You can explore the town using the free Gold Line Shuttle and stop by the Sanchez Art Center, Coastside Farmer’s Market, or Pacifica Skate Park. Be sure to see Portola’s Statue and capture the hills, mountains, and ocean on film.

Pacifica is the perfect get away town to come to no matter what your mood is. If you need to get away from the big city and relax on the beach you are only 15 minutes away from SF. There are reasteraunts where you can meet fabulous people and there are plenty of places that you can have a romantic dinner with your favorite person.People mistake Pacifica for a stop along the way to SF or Santa Cruz( which are both close by) but they miss out when they dont stay. The views and the environment are breath takink in this small little surf town along HWY 1. Next time dont miss out and pick one of thier many hotels right at the beach. PS if you are a hiker, fisherman or woman or an off road mountain biker this is definatly the place for you.

Pacifica is just a few minutes south of vibrant San Francisco right on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. It's beautiful! Rugged cliffs, big green hills along the coast, beaches, surfers, marsh land and more. Just beautiful!!

A beautiful gem just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle on the San Francisco Peninsula. Every time I come home, it’s like being on vacation.
