Geneva on the Lake (GOTL) offers so much to see and do for everyone, young and old, locals or visitors to the area. A visit to the GOTL 'strip' is like a trip back in time as you are surrounded by nostalgia everywhere. There's Eddie's Grill, Madsen Donuts, the arcades and the ferris wheel just to name a few. There's plenty to do with the water slides, miniature golf, the Adventure Zone amusement park and wineries to enjoy. You can also take a stroll through the State Park right along the edge of the lake. There are many restaurants and places to stay whether you prefer camping, experiencing an Inn or Bed & Breakfast or staying at the Lodge which is part of the State Park.
GOTL is located in Ashtabula County which is home to 17 covered bridges with the nation's shortest bridge in Geneva and Ohio's second longest bridge just a few miles south in Harpersfield. Harpersfield is part of the Grand River Valley viticultural area and produces grapes that are used locally to make wine while the concord vineyards in the area are typically sold to Welch's to make all our favorite jams & juices.
There's so much to do while at GOTL but the one thing that you won't want to miss is seeing the sun set over the water. It's absolutely beautiful!

Its a fun place for the whole family and has lots of places for the "Big" kids at night. The cabins at the state park are amazing.

We love GOTL. My husband and I go every summer for a little get away. We always have a blast. Its a fun getaway where you can just walk everywhere and have a good time. It brings out the kid in you.
