Nice small town visiting jail is fun

The old jail in Alex is a one-story brick building, with heavy bars across the door, and behind the windows. It is located at 210 Broadway. A large building on the corner is no longer there, so the west wall of the jail, once hidden, is now exposed. This wall is constructed of very rough sandstones with mortar and mud used to hold them together. A side entrance long ago filled in, can also be seen waymarking.com .
