Camas is nestled on the North side of the Columbia River across from Portland Oregon. They are located right before you head down the beautiful Columbia Gorge. Downtown is like stepping back into Mayberry RFD. The tree-lined streets offer quaint gift shops, antique stores and restaurants with amazing food. Every first Friday night of the month there is a themed event and stores are open late. In the summer there is a rock and roll car show and Camas Days which is a time for the whole community to come out and have an old fashioned small town parade, booths and activities for the while family. You don't want to miss this place. Not many of these still exist around the country.
