Sandpoint is all things to all people. For the summer hounds there is Lake Pend Oreille and the water sports that necessarily go with it. There are also the Cabinet and Selkirk Mountains with some of the most unspoiled hiking trails to be found in the lower 48. For the winter hounds there is a fantastic ski mountain, with incredible mountain and lake views and .....no crowds. For everything in between there is Laughing Dog Brewery with some of the happiest Hoppiest micro-brew in the Northwest. And add all of that to a quaint small town with friendly people and you have Sandpoint, Idaho. WARNING: No potatoes here!
